    Good service, good location only 600m from patong beach, but quite far from old town phuket around 30 mnts The breakfast is really simple but the service is really good

    While surrounded by other big brands, this hotel might look under whelming, but overall the rooms were nice and quite clean. For the price we paid, this was a great value for money. However would not go in with an expectation of a 4 star.

    We had just arrived for a lovely holiday and during check in we faced one of the most embarrassing moments just because of our colour. We were judged in a very racist way which hurt my feelings very much. When asked why should we do a deposit when the money has already paid well in advance and they have our passport details. They just told you Indians are very dirty people and for people like you we must keep a deposit which truly felt bad from the bottom of my heart. Overall room was good with a balcony and the swimming pool with gym facility was also good and well maintained. The middle aged woman in the reception could have been a bit more friendlier and the review would have bagged a 5 star rating.
