Spotless and clean room. Easy in / out can park right in front of room. Owner and staff are friendly and easily available via text and very responsive. Best rate in West Y and 1 min walk to best breakfast in town at Running Bear restaurant.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Heat in one unit does not work so oil unit is in room for heat. VERY small bathroom. No breakfast or coffee offered. : (. Never saw hosts, text only but responded right away.
