The staff was very welcoming friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our room ( the door would not open), but the staff took care of the issue immediately. Great location. We were close to everything we wanted to see while wew were there. Great price. We will definitely be going back there.

It’s simple, but cozy and welcoming. The heated pool is great, and they also have a jacuzzi. For the price, it’s excellent. They are also very attentive to details. I had mentioned that we were traveling to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and honestly, they made her feel so special. They gave her a birthday sash at the front desk, and when we got to the room, there were balloons, a decorated table with a happy birthday setup, and the whole room had been specially decorated for her. It was amazing. They were helpful at all times. The only small thing I would mention is that the beds were not as comfortable for me because they were a little too soft. I’m more used to firmer beds. But honestly, that was just a minor detail. The kids really enjoyed the pool, especially since it was still cold outside

Great room/suite, great staff, lots of parking, nice big TVs, great location, fun market near lobby. Would definitely stay there again.
