Clean room, staff was pleasant it was New Year’s Eve and the lobby was decorated for the evening. The only thing kids were running through the hall knocking on the doors but it was still cool.

All was great except the kids running around and loud in the lobby I made all of the other guests just go to our room or else where instead of having a drink at the bar It sucked and yes u needed to hear this

The hotel is very updated and comfortable. The pool is very family friendly and the rooms are all updated and inviting. This is probably the nicest Mariott property I've ever stayed at. If I return to Cleveland I definitely want to stay here again. Bathrooms are great and the glass doors are a plus. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel even has a nice smell throughout it.

Hotel has been around for awhile, but seems brand new. Everyone I encountered was friendly and great service / solved any issues. Best hotel on east side of Cleveland, by far!

Check in was super easy. Staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was nice and the lounge was nice. Their gym was great, and so was the outdoor patio. The room was nice, modern, and clean. Shower was real nice. My only complaint is the seating in the room is odd. Long couch under the TV looking towards the bed, and there was a bean bag chair.

This place was situated in the best areas by the hospital, shopping outlets and eateries. I enjoyed the staff was so personable even the manager Mrs. Genna Sparks, even the opportunity to workout at Lifetime fitness. I will ne nack to this location as should everyone!

Layout was inviting; everything was clean and comfortable (in common areas and our rooms); pool table/games/game area was well kept & fun; every single staff member was friendly and helpful!!! Food/beverages onsite were limited but still had a little something for everyone and hot coffee was always available. :) Would stay here again 100%!!!

When we got there the air conditioner was set at 45 (did not know that you could set it that low), turned it up to 68, it went to 70 and felt musty. Bathroom door would not stay shut. Shower was nice
