enjoyed our stay in the 1 bedroom. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful right from the start. I broke my wrist skiing and they were helpful and brought ice and extra pillows as I needed them throughout the week. The cheese fondue was wonderful. The location was great! 5 minute walk out the back door to the poma lift that brings you to the cable car and up the mountain. Easy access to St. Moritz by bus and can ski over too. I bought the multiple day ski ticket and arranged rental for multiple days. Was able to get a full refund of the rental ski package due to my injury and was able to refund all of my unused ski days too. I would recommend this property and will plan to stay again if I am in the area.

I was the only person in the hotel (November off season) but the staff were very nice and made sure I have everything I needed. There is a ski lift just up the street and both St Moritz and Sils Maria are a 5 minute drive.

The hotel and staff were absolutely fantastic. The rooms were very spacious. Food from the restaurant was wonderful. I have a picky eater and nothing was too much trouble for my daughter. We will definitely stay here again.

We ski'd for 2 days of our stay and ice skated for one. Very close to bus transport; right next to a ski lift so its ski-in/ski-out for the Corvatch side of the ski area. Skiing is excellent even though they hadn't had recent snowfall; they groom most runs so there was plenty of hard pack around. Lots of skiiers in hotel.

We arrived late at night to learn that he hotel had experienced a fire on Christmas Day. Despite all the hotel staff were dealing with, the host went above and beyond to make us an alternate recommendation at a higher rated hotel in close proximity. Our trip was virtually uninterrupted, remained relaxing and this is due to the caring owner and staff at Chesa Surlej! Once they rebuild (which was already underway), we'll def be back!

Bad servises from the hotel receptionist. Can not advise us how to go to the hotel . Try to charge us additional for the 2 extra bed even the price from hotel.com already included and refuse to contact Hotel.com for this. Finally we refuse to pay so she phoned to someone and said that ok for this time but I think that it will not have the next time for us for this hotel. We lost so much time for this check in.
