Nothing was even average about this place. there was a constant toilet smell in the room, you have to open the window in Jan!!there was a bar under the hotel and noise doesn't let you sleep for hours. strange people always were in front of the entrance in the line. kitchenette doesn't have any thing!!, we asked for basic things and we got a dirty plastic box of some. forget about using their towel, it seems they belong to last century. TV didn't have remote we asked for it we got 5 but none worked, on second day finally they gave us the right one. the shower is so small you can barely move in there. WiFi didn't work at all. we got 3 password none of them worked. I attached some pictures of fridge.

The standard of this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The first room they wanted to give us had two separate single beds in opposite sides of the room, though we requested a double bed. It also had a massive window with no curtains! We requested a change and they gave us one that was so small you could barely walk around the bed. It was not only very small but it wasn't really a flat, it was a student room which had been fitted with cupboards. There was absolutely nothing in the "kitchen" area, and we had to pay €2 per day for kitchenware, which was very basic ( we only got one spoon!). I also had to ask for a hairdryer, which they provided but it was something form the 60s and it had peeled cables, so I had to buy one in a shop the next day. The flat had no microwave. The bathroom was really old and dirty and the shower head didnt stay in the handle so you couldn't actually let go of it to shower. The furniture was all really old an tatty and some was broken. There was no closet, only a metal structure with three hangers. The door of the "apart-hotel" was full of people from outside drinking and smoking all the time. They looked homeless and aggressive. On top of that, there was nobody at reception most of the time and it was very noisy a night, with people coming in and out shouting in the middle of the night and music blasting out of their ground floor cafe. I would not recommend at all and it shouldnt be on this site.

We only spent a few hours in the hotel due to our arrival/departure flights. We couldn't check in til 3 but there was no one there until at least 3.30 so we were left waiting outside on the pavement. The apartment seemed nice enough to start, but there was a very dubious stain on the bathroom wall which I didn't fancy investigating further. Sadly no kettle in room (us Brits need a brew) and no one to ask regarding the hiring of one so that was disappointing. The bed was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was tiny.

I came to Cologne around 22:00, and I had called the hotel prior to my arrival to let them know that I was coming in late. However, once I got there, there was no one at the reception, as they "didn't realize anyone was coming in late." The room was comfortable and the bathroom was decent. However, I stayed there for 3 nights and not once did I see anyone at the reception or interacted with any of the employees at the hotel.

The hotel is difficult to check into so difficult that we had to book another hotel on the first night, there is no staff there to help with anything and no one to check you out, however the rooms have nice views and comfortable beds, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want a lot of hassle and stress

As per the city law, as a hotel you cannot charge 5% tax from a business traveler. I visited on Business Visa and it was 100% business trip with all the documents.However, you still charged 5% from me. This is ridiculous, kindly return my money back.Otherwise, I will complain about your hotel.
