    5.6 / 10·Oct 2026
The water supply ran out at around 11 PM, which was extremely inconvenient for guests. What made the situation more disappointing was that the hotel staff appeared to have neither anticipated the shortage nor checked whether there was sufficient water in storage. Ensuring an adequate water supply is a basic responsibility of hotel management. Guests should not have to experience this kind of inconvenience, especially late at night. This reflects poor planning, inadequate monitoring, and a lack of preparedness. Overall, a disappointing experience that could have been avoided with proper management.
