no transportation from rail station to hotel, also we book two room in same booking, from photo, there should be one massage chair in room but there is no massage chair in my room but other room have

Based on previous reviews by another guests, we already prepared for worst condition. Fortunately, we found the opposite. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. They provide comfortable and cleanliness for room. The staff can pick up and drop off guest from and to nearest station (Kosagoe sta. We stay in this hotel during heavy snow, so private onsen was very great at that time.

The area around the property was really beautiful. Several things to do, we went to the monkey show which was interesting and to Edo Wonderland, which was very cool. However, this hotel is very old and needs to be updated. The outdoor bath was nice.
