Towels and bed linens, floors are fresh and clean. The toilet and bathroom, nevertheless ahould need to be scented to enhance comfort and eliminate possible unwanted odors.

The check in staff were friendly and had wonderful English skills. They couldn't find 1 of my 2 reservations at first, but they did after some more digging. The initial room I was taken to did not have functioning AC, so they were prompt in switching me to another room that did. Check out was swift and it was a quiet place to stay.

The place is easy to find and accessible with private and public transportation. Though parking space of the building is limited. Its just a good thing that the guards are helpful in looking for ways so that we can find a parking area for the whole duration of our stay.

Quite okay but need renovation. I killed one cockcroach when entering the room. No window at all. No complementary mineral water available. Good warm water for shower. Staff does not clean properly the saniwares so you have traces of calcium: need proper training and supervision. You have to deposit 500 Php for use of remote control and get it back upon check-out. Good wifi in the room. Easy to get a taxi.
