We did a week and a half road trip through Germany. This was by far my favorite hotel. The staff was friendly, it was centrally located to much of the Saxon Switzerland Park (includes tickets to most trains and ferries), and the property itself is nice to come back to a relax after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed drinking wine until the stars came out out in the back. Also really clutch is the laundry facilities for use for only around 3 euros (soup included) - making a great mid vacation stop. Highly recommend in this area

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The scenery is very pretty and the owners are trying hard to make you feel welcome and assist you where possible to make being there a great part of your vacation. Rooms are cute and not too small like others have mentioned. They are simply European size. Breakfast was delicious and plenty and the staff there is friendly and has the amount of sass that will put a smile on your face. They have some very nice and smaller restaurants close by for walking or bicycling, just look for their recommendations in the guest manual in your room. We liked the Landgasthaus Ziegelscheune the best and went there twice in a row for dinner. Please be aware of the semi limited parking so try to leave your car and walk or use other means of transportation, it is better for you anyway. All the above and the easy access from there to all the local highlights and even to CZ will make us come back on our next trip!
