Hotel was fantastic and staff could not be more helpful and nothing was to much bother for them. We stayed for 9 nights. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice from buffet also could have hot breakfast cooked fresh. Sopot was really beautiful and fantastic selection of restaurant to choose from and all very reasonably priced. The beach and town was a short walk from hotel which was fantastic. The hotel also arranged for a taxi to collect us from airport. Overall would definitely return to Sopot and stay at this hotel.

A centrally located accomodation, within a 10 minute walk of the centre. Its clean, and the rooms are of an excellent quality for the price.I did not eat here, but everything else was very good value for the money and the staff were very friendly.Dominika, the lady working on reception, was truely wonderful. She tried to help in every way, from giving directions, looking for open restaurants, recommending places, givingout local knowledge, and I feel for anything else to make my stay comfortable if I had asked.The Villa itself deserves 4*, but the extra star was deffinitely earnt by Dominika.

The hotel is situated next to the railway tracks so there is quite some noise - also at night. There was no air conditioning and the hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom. Had to dry my hair in the bedroom. The staff at the hotel was polite and service minded and the dinner was excellent. The hotel is not too close to the centre or the beach, but I guess it would be perfect if you arrive by car. Next time in Sopot I'd stay closer to the centre.

Very near to railway line so noisy at night. No air conditioning in rooms which is needed. Poor quality food at restaurant, with no taste.

This was my first trip to Poland; we went to start making plans for my sons wedding there next year, although we travelled together; they stayed with family, who couldnt fit me in so I needed somewhere convenient to where they lived as well as the centre so I could have a look around when they were busy; this hotel was perfect, about 5 minutes walk to the town centre and beach. The room was spotless, the service excellent and staff were friendly (and English speaking!) I plan to back in summer for a holiday, I am used to travelling alone but to any other females considering this it is in a very safe area. Wi-fi was very good.....be prepared though for no English speaking TV channels, though this didnt particularly bother me. Breakfast was basically anything you wanted and plentiful. The menu for other meals looked nice and were reasonably priced, though I cannot comment on the quality as I joined the family for other meals, nothing to suggest it wasnt good if breakfast was anything to go off.
