    I had a wonderful stay here! The service was excellent, and the staff across all departments were fantastic, from the reception team and bell staff to the maintenance team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working on the first night, but the manager handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading me to another room right away. I really appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully the issue was resolved. I’d especially like to commend the management for handling the situation so well and making sure I could enjoy a comfortable stay. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere, and it offers incredible value for money. It’s also conveniently located not too far from Ao Nang. Everything is so convenient here! You can arrange a motorbike rental directly through reception, and the staff are happy to help with anything you need. There’s also a shuttle bus service if you prefer not to rent a motorbike, making it easy to get around either way. Overall, I was really impressed by the excellent service, the helpfulness of the staff throughout the hotel, and especially the manager’s outstanding problem-solving. Beautiful surroundings, great hospitality, and fantastic value for money. I would definitely recommend staying here!

    It was a good experience overall. For my family bangalow package had an AC so its the opposite from the ordinary room ( which got a lot of bad review having no AC inside the room) if you want to escape from the city this is the most recomended place to go because of the sorounding nature it has.

    The Vatika Krabi is a nice and peaceful resort surrounded by beautiful greenery and mountains. The pool and natural surroundings are the highlights. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable but a little dated, and the resort is not directly on the beach. Overall, it’s a good choice for a relaxing stay and good value for money, especially if you like nature.

    虽然有班车 但是有固定时间 还是有点限制 出去的话如果愿意走还是可以 不走坐摩托也行 但是晚上可能会比较黑
