    Hotel Indigo Lijiang was one of the highlights of our trip to Lijiang. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding team. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Special thanks to Lydia and Patrick at Reception, as well as the concierge and buggy team, who were always friendly, attentive and eager to assist. Lydia kindly upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious standalone ground-floor courtyard room, which made my stay even more memorable. The housekeeping staff were equally warm and welcoming, and throughout the hotel, every team member seemed genuinely committed to providing excellent service, always accompanied by a warm smile. The hotel itself is stunning. The courtyard-style rooms are designed in traditional Naxi architectural style, surrounded by lovely gardens, trickling streams and peaceful walkways that create a tranquil atmosphere. The entrance and lobby are beautifully themed around the ancient Tea Horse Road culture, and guests can enjoy complimentary tea while admiring the tasteful décor. The location is excellent, situated right at the entrance to Lijiang Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the old town on foot. Directly opposite is its sister property, the InterContinental Lijiang, and Hotel Indigo guests can also enjoy the facilities there. The Lobby Lounge at the InterContinental offers spectacular views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, while both the à la carte dining and breakfast buffet at the beautifully designed courtyard-style restaurant were excellent. With its charming traditional design, superb location and, above all, its exceptional service, Hotel Indigo Lijiang is a wonderful place to stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang.

    We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel/room was charismatic, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their helpfulness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. We would happily stay here again.
