    A25 Hotel in Da Nang is an older property that shows its age, but it delivers most of what travelers would expect from a solid 3- to 4-star hotel. The facilities are fairly complete, and it covers the basics well enough for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is reasonable, with enough variety for most guests to find something to start the day. One thing I appreciated is that the hotel does not have the foul or musty smell that is still common in some Southeast Asia properties, which makes a noticeable difference. The biggest advantage here is the neighborhood. It offers a more local, everyday side of Da Nang rather than a polished tourist bubble, so it works well for travelers who want a more immersive feel of the city. Overall, this is not a stylish or modern hotel, but it is functional, well-equipped, and located in an area with real local character. Good for practical travelers with balanced expectations.

    On a positive side : the staff is overall helpful and welcoming, the bed is comfortable and you have a free swimming pool as the drain in the bathroom doesn't work properly. Oh, wait, that's already a negative. So, the water in the bathroom won't empty properly, either on the floor or the washbasin. There's also a terrible smell and the bathroom door is broken and they didn't fix it so you can't close it from outside and the smell spreads to the main room. The room is also very noisy in the morning, thanks a drunk vietnamese neighbor enjoying karaoke at 7 in the morning. Breakfast is depressing, starting with the setting : very large tables in front of a huge aircon block. It's about as engaging as the setting of a communist party meeting. The food quality doesn't compensate the depressing breakfast area. There's very little choice of fruits, the coffee maker doesn't get refilled, and the dishes cooked to order are unavailable as soon as 8am (although the breakfast is supposed to last until 10). In addition the hotel is very stingy. Although I booked for a whole week, they still made me pay a large fee when I requested an early check-in. Overall the quality is really terrible for a 600k hotel. I'll head back to neighboring Dana Home next time I'm there, and I will definitively not patronize any a25 hotel anymore. Once was enough !
