Promar - Eco Beach & Spa Hotel

This hotel has a fantastic location right by the beach. The surroundings are perfect for running and hiking, and it features a lovely heated pool and a sauna (fantastic for recovery after a long run). The restaurant, just 10 meters from the reception, was excellent and served high-quality dishes with a premium feel. The breakfast was amazing and generous, with everything you could wish for—including fresh orange juice. The view from the bedroom overlooked the beach—truly magical. The staff were friendly and professional. A great getaway for a couple. Recommended

The location offers stunning views and a pleasant breakfast experience, complemented by clean rooms and attentive staff. While the facilities meet expectations overall, the pool area was a bit disappointing. The value for money felt average, but the welcoming atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made for an enjoyable stay.

We specifically booked a “Double Room with Balcony and Frontal Sea View” through Agoda, and this was clearly stated in our reservation and invoice. However, upon arrival, we were given a LOFT instead, which was not the room we had booked or wanted. This was particularly important to us because my boyfriend is almost 2 metres tall, and the LOFT was not comfortable for him due to its layout and height restrictions. We immediately reported the situation to reception, but we were simply told that the hotel was fully booked and that nothing could be done. What disappointed me most was the lack of any attempt to find an alternative solution or even offer some form of compensation or gesture. This was also a special stay as we were celebrating my birthday, so I had chosen the hotel expecting a pleasant and memorable experience. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left us feeling completely disregarded. I have stayed in many 4-star hotels and expected a different level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel.
