Porto Vlastos provided a delightful stay for me to enjoy in Tinos. The proximity to the ocean/beach is the best part of it. The host, Katerina, was very friendly and helpful; she always responded to my questions promptly and provided helpful answers.
The room she provided was charming, reasonably priced, and conveniently located near a great restaurant. I highly recommend this place!

We were staying in the hotel on June 28th-29th. Katerina, the owner of the hotel, sent me an email and offered to pick us up from the ferry pier, but I didn't see the email, so we got the car right at the port and used GPS to get to the hotel. When we arrived she didn't sleep waiting for us at midnight. We were greeted with sweets and tea, she offered a meal, but it was too late to eat. She is incredible person. The room was spotless. Everything you need for comfortable stay was there. In the morning Katerina sent us to eat to local tavern '"ΓΙΑΛΟΣ"( GIALOS) ' It was THE BEST homemade Greek food ever. My husband is Greek and if he was amazed you can believe that food was great. Tavern is owned by Maria and husband who is the chef. His marides and okra were superb!! Definitely go there and eat. It’s right on the beach. It's not a touristic, commercial spot, food is prepared with love. Thank you Katerina and Maria, we will come back for sure!
