    We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. Valdivia is a beautiful place to visit and we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. You can walk into the town! The restaurant is very nice too!! Xx

    This place ticked all the boxes for me. The front desk staff were courteous and always had a big smile, They went above and beyond when I needed help. The fireplace in the lobby with the couches created a lovely atmosphere. Great!

    Dated hotel, not a lot of hot water and room smelled like a gym locker room with mold on the carpet next to the bathroom. You're paying for the scenery. Staff was excellent and so was breakfast. Room could use a good steam clean and modernization
