Located close to the highway and with free parking. The Beersel train station (1.8 km by walking via a small trail in a forest and on the countryside) takes you to heart of Brussels. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful!

Room was clean, staff were helpful, air con in room was great, especially to warm up as it was quite cold. Great place to base yourself if going to the football at Anderlecht like I did, 10 mins drive to the shopping centre car park I used. Staff polite and helpful, not much going on when I was there. Affordable. Great customer service. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Brussels airport is very close. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the shop. Restaurants are close by. Very quiet location. I highly recommend this hotel.

someone was banging on doors at 2:00 and tried to get into our room. There was no phone in our room to call the front desk. The room had not been cleaned properly but they were gracious and moved us to a clean room. The hallways were not clean.

Although not a terrible experience, I was expecting more from Best Western. Room was quite small and the single curtain was big enough to cover only one of the two windows. I expect that a second curtain had been installed at some point in the past, but removed and not replaced. Coffee machine was a nice touch, after I had cleaned out the dirty residue and run through several cycles so the water was no longer running brown.

The “queen bed” is composed by 2 single beds with an additional thin mattress in top of the other mattress. Not the most comfortable bed….

Stayed here travelling through to and from Germany. Room and bed was comfortable, there was no hot food available in the evenings, there was is a small bar with a reasonable stock of bottled beers, although the wine choice was very limited The car park private but not secure in front of the hotel.

The room is not as clean as I expect. There is squeezing sound close to my unit at midnight. It sounds very similar to someone entered my room. I tried to talked to the person who entered my room, but I could not fully wake up. I eventually slept 5 hours only with disturbance. The blanket doesn’t seem to be very clean either.

Room didn't have a electricity socket at both ends of the beds so if you are with 2 people you can't charge your phone next to your bed. Toilet doesn't flush toilet paper no matter how many times you flush. Shower head is fixed so you can't take it off the wall to point at your body when showering. No soap to wash your hand. No coffee or tea.

The hotel is located at a stop by highway. Nothing but just a stop and rest hotel unless you rent a car and drive around Brussel. Need to call for cab when heading out or going back. Transport issue, other than than, they are good

Friendly staff aand a good breakfast.The hotelroom was fine, but unfortunately the shower was so hot that i could not use it and I did not feel like getting dressed again at 11 pm to talk to teh reception and ask for another room. The food at the restaurant was not up to standard.
