It was what I paid for 2 star Small room No ac just a fan it was 30 degrees Staff lovely Breakfast very basic There was building work outside very noisy but not Hôtel fault but if I had Ac I wouldn’t have to close window Area was lovely

Smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, but clean and bed was comfortable. When I checked in, I was offered a breakfast buffet for 10 Euros. Calling it a buffet is an exaggeration (for example no eggs or bacon). but the pastries are freshly made and taste great. If you have never had a French style breakfast, it's worth the experiment. I probably wouldn't get it again, as there are restaurants in the area that have a wider selection.

Thé staff are incompétent because the gave me room key. Someone try to use my laptop they tried the password several times. Very disappointing with the hotel staff. The hotel is clean all okay apart from staff bad behaviour.

Everything was great aside from the fact we were given one double bed instead of the two twin beds requested. In fairness, we were given free breakfast as compensation.

Great location which is close and within walking distance to all the attractions in Nantes. Well appointed room, was small but clean. Weather was hot, there was no A/C but hotel provided table fan which was very much helpful.

Terrible. No air circulation. Even when it is cool outside and we had the window wide open and the fan on SO HOT (no ceiling fan; they brought us a fan that sat on the desk because cord was short). Staff was not very friendly and reminded us twice that there were no cancellations (we had to leave a day early). There is a reason they have a no cancellation policy; otherwise no one would stay here after they saw the room. They didn’t even replace the paper cups!

Didn’t try breakfast in hotel (pricey), but several boulangeries on same street.Only complaint was local noise - from restaurants, clubs, etc. Woke up several times a night, even with earplugs. The décor in the room was a little tired, but perfectly fine for enjoying a perfectly pleasant stay. The elevator was much-appreciated for my tired legs when heading back to my room, as part of my trip involved walking tours.

Despite the room being attended to twice during our stay, none of the above we're noticed by the staff and rectified. The issues did not cause us any problem however and we did report to the receptionist. We will use this hotel again as this was the only time we had issue.

The young man helped me print my boarding passes the night before we left.Breakfast was not great and priced at 9Euro for me and my daughters, so only booked it once. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and upon leaving I was charged City Tax which I was not expecting. Main concern was that after the room had been cleaned one day the door was not shut, nor locked and anyone could have entered! Apart from the weekend we were woken each morning around 6-7am by a man working / banging in the alley below our bedroom.

Perfect location for seeing all of Nantes, hotel very near a tram stop. Room had a fridge, microwave, job, plates etc which was great. The weather was extremely hot when we visited and there was a fan in our room which provided relief from the heat. Beds were comfy and clean. Overall very pleasent.

Had problems with the car park as we did not get issued a card to allow us to go in an out of the car park freely over time there so we had to go back and forth many times to discuss it which wasted a lot of time. The car park is not on site as identified on hotels.com it is across the road, close enough though but they would not give us a carpark card as promised . The room was great and comfortable but there is a little bit noisy as it is in the town centre.

Just needed somewhere cheap and cheerful for a few days. Very handy for public transport into the city centre and a short walk to the river Edre with cafes, houseboats and a pleasant walking environment. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Basic but clean rooms. No tea/coffee in rooms. Shower room excellent - looked newly done with great powerful shower. Only toiletries are shower cap and soap dispenser. Room was extremely hot, especially at night, even with open window as no air con. Excellent location 2 mins from lots of amenities and transport links and felt very safe. Excellent value for money for a 2 star hotel.

Yup that's right the blinds! Here's the deal Americans no fans, no ac that how the French roll which is cool but the blinds block out all circulation and you will be miserable. I couldn't sleep at all.. Otherwise this hotel room is awesome. Clean, new, good staff, great location. And no you can't adjust them. Really it's that bad. Whoever put the blinds in or who's idea that was should fired! Ya sank the whole ship!
