Room was neat & tidy and clean upon arrival. Facilities were suitable for our stay. Staff were friendly, courteous and obliging.

Clean room, very large for older style motel, bigger than expected bathroom, although shower head needs cleaning/descaling, water shooting everywhere but on you, pillows could do with an update as well. Grounds surrounding the motel are in need of a good clean & tidy up, water for plants maybe a problem at present considering we haven't had a lot of rain. It was a shame not seeing to many roses in bloom as this place is renowned for its rose gardens. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
