Pickalbatros AquaFunClub Allinclusive Marrakech

It's a good hotel however it seemed a bit old, not very modern. A lot of the facilities like pool tables, video games, etc were not working. Some of the water slides were not working or sometimes bumpy leading to some scratches on the way down. Food wise, not impressed at all. Very similar food choices everyday and vegetarians would really struggle for choices.

Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful.

Amazing staff and experience

We stayed here for 6 nights. Myself and 2 children aged 11 and 13 and we had a fantastic time. I felt very safe as there is security at the hotel entrance as you arrive. The rooms are a little outdated but immaculately clean and the cleaning staff done an amazing job even cleaning my daughter’s shoes when she walked in mud!!! My only downside was the shower water pressure was terrible but honestly it doesn’t take away from all the good things!! The pools are amazing. So many choices, slides, lounger available all day and close access to drinks and refreshments all day. The entertainment staff are super friendly and love getting you involved. We loved the water polo! The restaurant was amazing. The choice and range of food was outstanding and delicious. Possible the best all inclusive I’ve been to. The restaurant staff were outstanding. Special mention to Ouilid who looked after us every night and brought us drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. We also utilised the tour desk and booked a tour to the dessert. It took all the stress out of it was a really reasonable price for the three of us including private car. I would highly recommend here!
