    Perfectly poised on the iconic Race Course Road, Vivanta Coimbatore strikes the perfect balance between prime location and unmatched comfort. Every aspect of our stay was excellent, with the highlight being the extravagant breakfast buffet spread. A truly premium experience that is worth every penny. Would love to come back again!

    We had a very comfortable stay at Vivant, Coimbatore, with our family and kid during our Isha Adiyogi trip. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was convenient for our visit to Isha. A big plus for us was the EV charging facility, which made the stay especially convenient as we were travelling in an electric car. Being able to charge the car while staying overnight was very helpful and gave us peace of mind for the onward journey. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay for families, especially if you are travelling by EV.

    Team needs training on empathy and sensitivity. Felt that they were behaving like robots, not considerate. Hospitality could have been better, especially at the front desk. Guru at front desk wanted me to pay extra so that Housekeeping team could expedite the room cleaning and I get to check-in early. When I gave him my business card, he mentioned of giving me a room upgrade. It would excite any guest, but disappointed me as I stepped into the room. It was a downgrade. The bed was on the lower height. I was sent to the business centre during the wait time. There was no AC, I was sitting in an oven after an early morning flight, deprived of sleep. May have forgotten my earpod box, which after calling instant service who connected me to reception - where the person without putting any efforts told me it's not there. Same was highlighted to the FOM. I had to buy a new earpod. Baked Guulab Jamun was horrible! IRD sent dusty plates. I had to wonder if I m in a 5 star hotel or some ODC event. Terrible service. Long wait for IRD. Only positive was Choi from the restaurant who served me correct size of Poori and a small portion of Chole as requested. She demonstrated active listening and warmth. Not coming back again!
