    Cons: For the amount we paid almost 5k for one night, it was just okay. The check in time was too late, 3 pm, and they were strict on check out. Cleaning service kept knocking to checkout dot 11 am whereas we had to line up at the reception for 50 mins just to inform them we will be checking out. All the guests were cramped at the lobby. When we asked for an extra towel they asked for payment of 100 pesos. And no extra toiletries given, only 2 shampoo tubes for a day. 2 shampoos for long thick hair for 2 girls were not enough at all. No hair dryer, no lotion. They asked for payment for extra toiletries 🙄 Sockets for charging were not accessible in the rooms. Water was leaking from the Aircon. Bed mattresses looked like they are used since forever and not replaced. They gave off a budget hotel vibe when we paid double the usual price. They had stalls, but none of them had food available. The only sitting restaurant had limited options (mostly filipino cuisine), and the portion of food they served was so less. One of our guests was vegetarian so we ordered the only veg option of chopseuy. They confirmed there is no meat or eggs. But when the food arrived we found a piece of chicken with bone in it. Breakfast also didn't have any veg options except fruits and pancake. No cereals/milk or tea. Nearest restaurant outside is 5 to 7 mins long drive. Pros: the pool was big with salt water. The beach too was nice. The room was spacious.

    We booked three Superior King Rooms, and one of them was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite. Unfortunately, the upgraded room did not feel like an upgrade. The room looked old and poorly maintained. We encountered several issues during our stay, including a faulty toilet flush, air conditioning that did not seem to work properly, a broken door safety lock, and a television that was not functioning. The breakfast was average, with limited food choices. The check-in experience was also disappointing. The staff at the front desk was not very welcoming and asked us to wait while continuing a conversation with another colleague, even though we were the only guests checking in at that time. It did not create a good first impression. Despite these shortcomings, we can see the property’s potential. The hotel is spacious and has the opportunity to offer more facilities and a much better guest experience. We hope the management will invest in renovating and maintaining the property, as it could become an excellent place to stay with the right improvements.
