    The hotel has a fantastic location and good facilities including couple of swimming pools. But it is so crowded and noisy you need another holiday to recover from the experience. Not for people who like to relax on their holidays. Also the food and the quality of wine in all inclusive deal was not very good so it was not a good deal for me.

    Great location and the staff were excellent. But the bedroom in the hotel village was well below the standard for a good quality Riu hotel. Food was ok but need more variety as most buffets were almost identical across the week. Poolside and main building facilities very good. Bedroom ceiling fan was making noises and gradually shaking off the fitting. This was replaced after we complained. Unfortunately the general bedroom and toilet decor was very poor - dirty aircon vent, numerous marks on the wall and what looked like drops of blood spattered on one wall. The wooden furniture was old and doors had not been painted or varnished in ages leaving bare wood in many places. Overall we were disappointed having paid a lot of money for our stay and feel it was the excellent staff that kept things going. The hotel is dated and in need off some immediate decoration and updating. Our direct feedback to Riu resulted in the telling us our contract was with Agoda and I didn't feel it was taken seriously.

    Yes, this hotel needs a bit of TLC in a few areas but that’s more than made up by the setting, it’s directly on an amazing beach, the staff are super friendly and cannot do enough to help, food is varied with something for everyone . Yes, it’s not 4/5 star but if you want a relaxing holiday in a perfect setting it’s good.

    Right on the beach. Different choices of food. No fruits (only watery canned slices of fruits). Very outdated interior. No wifi signal in the room. Dirty floor carpets. No free shuttle to the city (only public transport, which is often full by the time they reach the hotel so you can't board).
