    They gave us upgraded room Early check-in Free breakfast for a day for couple The check in was handled by qurban who was excellent He also did our restaurant bookings and made our anniversary special by providing us cake Overall staff was excellent special mention to Ruslan and our chef Tural who made excellent vegetarian breakfast especially for us

    Sent them an email before check in and no reply. No reply both as a direct email and through Agoda. Very disappointing and not Hilton standards. You should aim to maintain customers and not look for financial gains only.
