    Many hotels have tried to copy the Dormy Inn concept, but you can clearly see the continuous effort they put into staying ahead of the competition. The front desk staff were excellent, the hot springs and sauna were designed without cutting corners, the complimentary late-night ramen maintained the same high quality as at every other location, and the breakfast was outstanding. I'm usually quite critical when it comes to hotels, but once again, I couldn't find anything to complain about. A flawless stay.

    We had a really excellent stay here. The room was comfortable, quiet and spacious, with 2 separate areas, simply decorated and furnished in typical Japanese style. Our room had a view of Mt Fuji with the trains passing by - truly spectacular. We loved the facilities, especially the indoor and outdoor onsen with sauna and cold plunge pool - went every night! And was so nice of them to provide complimentary fresh cooked ramen every night from 9-11pm. Very close to everything including train station about 4mins walk away. Would love to come back and stay again if we can get back one day. Highly recommended!!

    Lots of facilities and good range of breakfast items in the buffet. The room was comfortable if not a little cosy but it was fine for a 2 night stay

    I made my initial booking for April instead of March and I only realised that on the week before starting my trip. The non smoking room wasn't available. I ended up doing a room upgrade and the only availabilty was for smoking room. The smell of cigarretes in the whole room and bathroom was super strong. I would never book a smoking room again. The bed and pillow was way too hard. The staff at the reception doesn't speak english and took a while until we be able to communicate. I didn't feel completely safe walking at night from the station to the hotel.
