Great staff, really helpful, friendly, accommodating. Exceptional position for the slopes, couldn't get any better. Great ski storage facilities. Beds in need of a refresh, lumpy mattress which shook a lot as my son moved in the night, waking me up. Rooms were weirdly BAKING hot.

Rooms bit out of date, nice modern bathroom, needs more wardrobe and drawer space, lived out of suitcase .

Spacious and comfortable room. Hotel lobby was comfortable . Pleasant and helpful staff. Manager was especially efficient and eager to ensure that things were all good for us guest. Parking right in front of hotel. Wifi good only at lobby though. The hotel runs another restaurant nearby which we went for dinner. Great food n atmosphere .

Great staff, very child friendly, but best of all almost literally on the piste. It would be impossible to get any closer to the first lift and this is the hotel's biggest selling point. The pool (tiny) and sauna come at an extra cost so we didn't use them. Close to shops and restaurants should you need them.
