    I booked this July stay a few months ahead and paid $***/night all in for a “quadruple” room - two rooms in a suite with 4 beds and a mini kitchen. It was a deal and super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, pool is nice, and my kids loved the billiards room. This hotel is pretty basic by US standards but very clean, lovely, friendly staff. It was quiet when we were here - mostly Tico families. Street parking is free outside. I read mixed reviews about Coco, but I thought it was lively. It’s not fancy and not the quietest but highly enjoyable for 2 nights. We had a car and went to Nacascolo beach and it was fantastic.

    Great hotel a hat throw away from the beach, with a giant pool at one's disposal. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. Recommended!

    We spent 4 nights at this hotel. Location was superb, staff amazing and food exceptional. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was the room. I knew it was to be “small & cozy “ and it really was-literally! There was no room to store anything. Good that we arrived with only 2 small backpacks. It was also very noisy at times, so bring the earplugs just in case. So our room was a little disappointment, but who spends time in a room while in Costa Rica! I strongly recommend this hotel and if u am again in this area, I will definitely book at The Palms!

    The walls and windows are paper thin. You can hear everything, everywhere. It doesn't match the photos at all. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful but the rooms are tired and so basic. No elevator, so was shown to the stairs and needed to carry heavy bags up a big staircase. We checked out a day early because we weren't comfortable
