    The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While the overall experience did not completely match the price point, there were still several positive aspects to appreciate. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could benefit from greater variety, especially considering that the additional cost was relatively high compared to breakfasts offered at other Hilton Garden Inn locations. The view was also not quite what we had hoped for, as part of the landscape overlooked an open pit quarry, which reduced some of the enjoyment of the surroundings. That said, the excellent hospitality and service left a positive impression, and with some improvements to the dining experience and overall value, the hotel could offer a much stronger stay.

    Really nice location to stay really close the ancient city center and plenty of parking unlikely the rest of the hotel in mardin. Clean and all new facilites i definetylt recommend but staff is a bit reluctant to work with but out of that great stay in mardin.

    Nice view. A little expensive. No facilities nearby like malls or restaurants. Staff were good.
