    My family stayed in hotel 3 nights and left for Kyoto 1 night then back to this hotel for 2 nights. Overall experience is good. The room is clean and they provide enough necessary. Good location and you can walk to Namba station within 10 mins, Shinsaibashi and Americanamura area. We can left the big luggage at the hotel during Kyoto trip 1 night. The hotel room is quite big, compare to standard Japan room. The bathroom is small but still acceptable.

    Extra charges for the room meant I could of booked a much nicer place for less. May be an app thing but wasn't happy to find out this when I arrived

    Surprise to find that our room has great size, unfortunately only stayed for 1 night. next time will stay longer.
