    The hotel is located near downtown, which was very convenient. The room was clean overall, and the area was good for getting around. However, the bathroom was quite small. Overall, it was a decent stay.

    The hotel is just few mins walk to Dotonbori, Namba station as well as Namba OCAT bus going to Kansai airport. The location is near restaurants, conbinis, bar and shopping streets but we felt that the room was quiet inside although we were there during weekdays so not sure during weekends. The triple room was very spacious and we got the room for a good price since we booked it early on. The staff were nice, helpful and welcoming. They will clean the room if you put the sign "make up room" and they will change the towels, replace bottled water etc. The AC was functioning well during our stay in the summer season. All in all, I will definitely recommend this hotel. I will definitely booked this again when we return to Osaka.

    I accidentally booked the room twice and had to contact them but cannot speak english, but when i arrived at the hotel they can speak english.. causing me to spend extra. Agoda had to refund me half since the hotel is not cooperating with my double booking. even the dates was very far from my arrival. Not help at all. Disappointed and stressed.
