Neatly appointed room with large bed, a nice long bench for suitcases and putting on shoes, pleasant shampoo/bath gel, and useful blackout blinds. Very clean. Conveniently located to food and amenities.

The hotel is close to the La Carolina park, which is similar to New York City's Central Park. Within 5 minute walking distance from the hotel, one can reach the Inaquito metro station, the Quicentro shopping mall, a Supercines cineplex, and a Megamaxi hypermart with a food court. The neighbourhood is well-lit and feels safe at night. I arrived with my rental car and the hotel provided a free parking space in the basement. (But I have to inform the receptionist to open the carpark gate before I enter/exit the carpark.) The hotel also gave me a free welcome drink, which I redeemed in the nice and cosy hotel bar. I also like the ice cream from the ground floor cafe. The complimentary breakfast has a small selection of hot items (rice, meat, egg) and cold items (bread, ham, cheese). My room is clean and comfortable, with fast wifi. The staffs I met are helpful and can speak good English. I appreciate the late check-out time of 1pm, which allows me to spend the morning exploring the city and coming back at noon to wash-up and pack-up. Overall I have a great stay.
