The lobby area was welcoming and spacious. The hotel had been renovated since my last trip. Rooms were clean.

The entire property is well maintained and the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Columbus, MS.

The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use.

The room and hotel were very clean. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was very good every morning and each day was a little different.
