We checked in 45 minutes early which they allowed and was great. The room itself was big and had 2 nice beds, a cute fridge/freezer and dresser. The doorwalls only had a bar and no lock. The bathroom shower was small with no shelves and no bathroom counter to speak of. The shower had dead bugs all over the bottom of it when we got there. We didn't complain. We enjoyed the pool except the iguana that kept coming under our chairs but oh well. The pool bar was convenient except that the bar staff were not friendly AND they changed prices on drinks as well as switched our tabs and confused us on how much we each should have gotten back. That seemed to be a theme especially with the prices changing on the drinks. One time a rum runner was 13 bucks and another it was 16 for the same drink ordered on the same day by the same person. A little sus there. The beach area was clean and maintained. The breakfast was a little less than average. I wonder how long those bagels were put out for - 5+ days? They could step up their game. I loved the hammock area outside the patio doors. I loved the beach area and the proximity to the area. I do wish they would change the music at the pool - its loud and its oldies.

Room was beautifully decorated and more than enough space for our family. The shower we had was extremely small though, so just a word of caution for us bigger-boned folk! I made it work but it wasn't easy. Breakfast is at the restaurant and was good. Pool is great, private beach is great. We lived all the wildlife around! We definitely recommend.
