We had a really poor breakfast on Sunday: No bread and no croissants au beurre were available even though we arrived perfectly on time there. The breakfast restaurant was understaffed, because the only employee had to constantly switch between restocking the buffet, cleaning dishes and managing the front desk to check out guests. Even though we asked for a refund of our breakfast this request was denied despite both parties agreed on the poor quality of service of the breakfast. The double room itself had seen better days, only the bathroom seemed to have undergone a recent refurbishment. This property is located within walking distance to the scenic city center.

Well,after a long and tiring journey, although I don't know the reason, I think there was a celebration outside the hotel with car horns honking. It was a very noisy night. The furniture in the rooms was quite old and they were not very clean especially the floor carpets. In short, it was my first and last stay.

Hotel is difficult to find even with GOS. Room is extremely small, bedding is blocking the closing of the room door. Lighting in the room operates with motion sensor, which was broken and left the entrance in the dark.

I have used this hotel before as an en-route night-stop, for which it is ideal. The staff are friendly and helpful - the room I was originally allocated was adjacent to the lift-shaft and as such was a little noisy. It was changed without question, with the receptionist helping me to make the change. Service and food in the restaurant were both very good.

This was a one night stop-over on my way to Switzerland and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and well maintained and the restaurant provided a tasty and reasonably priced meal. The bar is comfortable and appeared to be well stocked. My only criticism of the room was that it was quite small and had not been well laid out. The very shallow desk was placed at the foot of the bed under the TV where there was barely enough space for the chair. I solved this problem by dragging the desk towards the window where there was ample space to sit at it in comfort. The shower was over the bath, rather than a separate cubical, which I prefer, but the whole bathroom was spotless. I shall bear this hotel in mind for future trips to Switzerland, and would recommend it to others
