Great location, newer beds and linens, the portion to where we stayed seemed to be recent renovated. Only downfall was the breakfast, I would expect nicker and fresh bread for the price, cheese bread was hard as a rock and some eggs packed (sort of if) dry as well. I want to pointed out that we got to the breakfast room at 9:15am on Sunday and they were closing at 10:00am.

Its a very nice hotel, but the rooms need to be maintained better.

The hotel is ok if you only stay one night in Cuiaba, I would not stay here longer. The hotel looks a little bit old. The room itself was ok. The staff friendly. In the bathroom there seemed to be a problem with the cold water, so sometimes in the shower you would only get very hot water and no cold water at all (which is kind of strange). The area around the hotel was not very pleasant.
For the price I payed it was not worth it.
Next time I would go to Cuiaba I would probably look for another option.
