There are hotels which are SO incredible that you almost don't want to review them because you'd like to come back again and again without having to compete with other visitors for rooms... but Olympic Villas deserves all the attention and more! My partner and I stayed in a traditional cave room for a week. We received a beautiful large room complete with our own kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms (though we only needed one). The interior was really very much like a cave, which was both beautiful and practical. It would stay cool during the days and warm at night. I also slept better than ever because it was so dark and quiet! On top of the comfort of our room, we also got our own patio with beautiful views of the caldera. Unlike the heart of Oia, our area was quiet and peaceful at night. We also got access to a stunning infinity pool (which was fantastic on hot days) and to a wonderful resource in Christina, who answered all our questions, recommended restaurants for us, helped us with car rentals and parking, and generally just made us feel so welcomed in Santorini. On top of this, housekeeping was phenomenal and went above and beyond anything we had ever expected. Some days we'd run out before we had time to do our dishes and even these would be washed for us which is definitely n

The property is well located and walkable to the main spots in Oia. It is across the street from the bus stop and car/moto rental. There was a small kitchenette in the room to accommodate light cooking and refrigeration. The owner is very hospitable.

Santorini is one of the best places I have visited. Yes, it has a gorgeous scenery but what makes it truly special is its people. The owner and staff at Olympic Villas are kind, welcoming and helpful. That is all you need to know before your stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This was my second time staying at Olympic Villas! My first visit was in Sept 1996, and my recent visit was Sept 2019. Nothing has changed, which in this case is a good thing. Olympic Villas has in a fantastic location in that it is on the caldera but a short 5-10 minute walk from the crowded part of town. We spent most of our time in the pool area which was mellow, refreshing with fantastic views. IMO this is by far the best value for the money.

We loved our stay at Olympic Villas!! It blew away our expectations! The property was clean, in a good area, and had all the amenities you might need. The best part was the VIEW! Our balcony overlooked the caldera and we had an amazing view of the white houses on the cliff. It doesn't get better than this. I almost want to keep this place a secret! The location is good. Rooms do not have irons and they ask you to come to reception if you need to iron. The bathroom was clogged and extremely small. The view from room was good.

This accommodation is family run. The owner is friendly and helpful. There is a lovely girl who helped me politely. The location, pool and everything was amazing! I recommend 100%!! For the price, it was great!!!!

Property is family owned and it shows in the care they provided. Excellent location and very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean as a whistle. This place is all anyone could ask for. Appreciated the small kitchen so I could make coffee. Local bus is steps from the door. Best views of Oia from the caldera side swimming pool.

Good value given the high prices of accommodation in Oia. Staff in reception not very welcoming and fairly rude. Room was nice but the bathroom is pathetic. View from pool area is good. If you really want to sleep in Oia, this is good value for money but the overall experience was not as good as the pictures want you to believe.

This hotel is great value given the fantastic location. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in August for four nights here. They have fantastic views of the Caldera and sunsets in Oia with two infinity edge pools. The rooms were clean and reasonably well equipped. We enjoyed drinks and apps around the pool before dinner or watching the sunset from the table and chairs just beyond the pool near the walkway to Oia.Some of the previous criticisms have been addressed. Wireless Internet is included in the price and there is dishwashing liquid now!

What an amazing location overlooking the Caldera. Fantastic to stay in one of the old cavern houses amongst the traditional buildings. Close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Handy kitchenette to make your early morning cuppa and fridge for storing the cold beers etc for sitting on the balcony. So quiet and relaxing. Really good value for money. WIFI is available at an extra charge. Oia is wonderful. Definately recommend this hotel.
