    These spacious and quiet rooms boast comfortable beds. The room service and customer service are top-notch. Plus they’re super close to the beach, golf course, food and Win Stadium but still away from the hustle and bustle. The outdoor pool was warm and we enjoyed swimming there in mid-July. While the rooms are showing a bit of wear, they’re still comfortable.

    Very central to Wollongong everything is walking distance. Right on the beach great in summer months. Staff helpful when I had an issue. The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a paint job but overall didn’t affect my stay. Would definitely stay again. I stay every few months and book to stay every time.

    Location was great and the staff were exceptionally welcoming making a late check in a breeze. Well-maintained, impeccable cleanliness. Couldn't really ask for anything more

    Chose this place more for location. Park the car and walk to food and entertainment we travelled there for. Wifi was not helpful when trying to bring up.my licence for ID. For checking in. I dont carry many hard copy cards but mental.note for future check ins at all.places, its a necessary item in our digital world. Room was ok, beds comfy but verandah drain was blocked and smelt plus they had people windows cleaning on a Sunday? So lucky it was crap weather as we wouldnt have been able to use the verandah anyhow. See pictures. Beds comfy, great tele, 4 tiny milks bit sad for a entire fridge? Tea and coffee box was filthy so didnt go near it. Not sure if cleaner move anything to dust sadly. Shower and amenities were good. Had a staff member knock abruptly on our door in the afternoon and before we could answer let himself.in before I yelled out to him and he quickly left. I managed to see the back of him hurrying down the hallway and I notified front desk. Duty manager explained it was a misunderstanding with ***??? Maybe some review of training for housekeeping is in order. Getting the lifts back up at night time was lining up for 10mins as no stairs past level 3.. Apart from that we didn't eat there, place was packed Sunday night and breakfast had no continental options, just $35 for everything which we would not have benefited from. Good venue for parking car and seeing a show with the beach also across the road. Rooms needs some attention and not sure i would want to sit in a boxed in verandah either which is what *** was. Just concrete walls and some view of the sky. Im sure there are various other rooms.
