We had to refit the trim on the shower door as it was coming off. We waited for quite a while to get served at the bar. Fruit and yoghurt had been dropped on the steps duting breakfast but staff weren't very attentive and it was there for quite a while.

Sofia’s and clean room, excellent facilities and lovely staff. Parking is a bit of a challenge to get into and to park due to its limited size, there is and underground car park at 20€ per night.

Beautiful hotel located near the part of Liège old town, walking distance to food and shopping. The hotel also has a good restaurant which is definitely worth of trying. Internet was not working for me, so avoid corner rooms because it has no reception. Overall, a lovely hotel in Liège.

Amenities were excellent. We enjoyed wellness area, plenty tasty options for breakfast buffet. Service on the other hand was below standard. No one was there to guide us through breakfast buffet options when we came down. When leaving, no questions asked about our satisfaction. Well, I need to put it here then. Shower smelled little bit like a sewer and toilet seat was yellowish from the bottom. Pay attention to details 🙂

Hotel interiors are gorgeous, parts of it look like an old castle (check out the bar on level -1), all built into the rock. Great terrace with a view for your morning coffee. The room itself was spacious, with colorful decor. The only downsides: next to no body wash left in the shower, we also asked for an iron but what was brought to our room was beyond use - super old and stained, quite a shock as everything else in this hotel was of top quality. Spa facilities were great, especially saunas with small windows overlooking greenery. There is uncovered car park opposite for €10 but we chose to park in the uderground car park nearby as it has CCTV and charging points (€20), although rather narrow to get in/out.

Fabulous hotel, contemporary blended with the old with tasteful decor and surroundings throughout. Wonderful experience, from amazing cocktails on the terrace, to a dip in the lovely pool, felt special and spoilt by the staff. Liege on other hand was not the prettiest of places to visit, thankfully the hotel more than made up for our experience here. Would more than recommend.

Very unique and beautiful hotel. The only thing that let the staff down was their demeanour- I didn't meet a friendly staff member during my time there. Found it odd that you couldn't get towels at the spa, so we ran short of towels in our room. Good distance to centre of town. Large hill to be mindful of hard if walking. Car park is tiny and very difficult to get in and out of. But seriously stunning hotel. Breakfast looked amazing, a real orange juice machine, the cold foods had dry ice keeping them cool, great selection. But extremely busy chef- one guy for a weekend, and the hot food was often empty.

Bad points - they don’t give you towels at the pool. You have to take towel from bedroom - shower gel had run out - one of the toilet flushes was broken - the air conditioning was noisy and only on one setting was it quiet. - the gym and breakfast only start at 7am. For a business man I want to get to the gym early and have an early breakfast. Why not 24hour gym? Most hotels do. Just close thr pool if insurance is the issue Good points - some staff were pleasant. ( reception and chef). Bar staff were not so good - the breakfast was very good including a nice custom made omelet - nice looking hotel with style

We have stayed there for the second time. It is a very nice hotel, cool environment and cozy rooms. The bed and pillows were comfy. Shower was spacious and with very good soap. The room was very spacious. Breakfast had a good options and it was delicious. The pool was warm and nice. Bad sides: no offering of towels for sauna, no clear information regarding city tax and we got awake at 06h45 because they were using the cleaning cart in our corridor for 2 hours.

This hotel is dishonest, they're claiming we took two lampshades, we didn't, and charged us for them after we left and had no way of defending ourselves. The only proof they have is a photo taken by the cleaning staff. They did not showed us the picture, moreover staging a photo is pretty easy when clients are not around... Check other reviews of this hotel, theft and abusive charges are a common occurence at this hotel. Do not stay here and definitely do not travel as a familly with small kids.

Would definitely stay here again! Excellent room that was twice the size of our other hotel rooms! The breakfast was one of the best we’ve eaten in Europe! The lounge / bar area was nice to hang out in during the evening. Parking lot was a plus and only 10 euro per night.
