Though dated the decor is bright and cheerful, apart from the foyer breakfast area which seems dark. Very crisp and clean room. Helpful desk attendant but be aware as at other Citotels they don’t advertise that there us no luggage minding service for folk arriving between 11 am and 3 pm as the place is physically closed with no reception staff on site. This makes it difficult if a limited train service brings you to the town at midday.

My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was offered breakfast at a reasonable rate. Superb restaurant a stones throw from the hotel and a good Irish pub next to the Canal. I left my phone cable in my room and the Manager phoned me to let me know. Merci

Great location very close to canal, good restaurants and train station. A very pleasant welcome. Our room, including ensuite was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good pressure with easy controls. We paid for the breakfast and had croissant, fresh bread with butter, jams etc, fruit juice and lots of coffee.

While we were there the property was still being renovated but it appears to be 3 levels of apartments that all have their own small balcony. The room was modest in size but completely new and therefore clean and tidy. On arrival we were immediately greeted by the on-site manager who was very helpful. The location of the property was great being in the midst of cafes and anything else you might need - including the train station.

Standard old-fashioned French urban hotel--small room, no elevator, no a/c, breakfast in the lobby. OK, for what it is. Warning--book on the net and they give you the top floor. That's what the manager told us.

The hotel is exactly what it it is in the description. The owner is very helpfull and appologises to everyone for having no lift.

Very comfortable room, but the view is outstanding in Privilege room - well worth the extra. Parking safe on the road opposite the hotel and beside the canal - can see it from your room. Host most helpful.
