    I stayed at Hotel Resort Inn Ishigaki on 1 June and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and the location was good, right across the road from a large supermarket. However, one major disappointment was that I paid for a package that included a welcome drink and minibar service. Upon arrival, I was informed that these services were no longer available. When I requested a refund for the unavailable inclusions, my request was declined. While I understand that mistakes can happen, charging guests for services that are not provided and then refusing a refund does not seem reasonable. This left an otherwise enjoyable stay with a slightly negative impression. Based on my experience, I would recommend thinking twice before paying for any extra inclusions or package upgrades at this hotel, as the advertised benefits may not always be available and refunds may not be offered.

    Rooms are non-smoking so it is suitable for families with kids. Clean Room. Nice staff. Price is affordable for long stays. 100% if we visit again I’ll book it. Thank you

    We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of two adults, one child, and one infant. While the room was a bit small for our group, it was ultimately adequate for our needs. We particularly appreciated the hotel's convenient location directly across from a supermarket. The only minor issue we encountered was with the parking. The parking slots were quite narrow, and the presence of a bus stop directly in front of them, often with people waiting, made parking quite challenging.

    They fired the staff and automated check in. Their staff use to be extremely friendly and helpful so that is a huge let down. The rooms smell moldy and are due for a remodel. The shower would back up as well. Parking is awkward. I would no longer recommend this hotel.
