Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote.
I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate.
Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly. Location is great.
Food at this property is very good. Everything we tried on the menu was awesome. We tried mostly local Kerala cuisine at this restaurant.

A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty.

Stay was great. Watch out when you eat outside of the resort. I got food poisoning.

Friendly staff on arrival, their english isn't so great but you get by. There was a looong walk to our room, up multiple stairs and far away from the restaurant and pool, which was unfortunate. The room was spacious with a good sized balcony.
