The main staff/manager Jesos is a man with many hats
1) he checked us in
2)he showed us in to breakfast , made our tea/coffee every day, showed us where everything was
3) sorted us out with a new key card when ours stopped working
4) helped my husband with technical issues on his ipad twice
5) checked us out
Basically he was on hand throughout our 3 night stay, he is very welcoming, friendly, helpful
We look forward to returning to tbe hotel later in tbe year
The housekeeping was brilliant, very thorough too
It is a great location for the strip
About 3 mins walk
We were close to the beach and about 20 minute walk to the arches

So nice to stay somewhere that nothing was a problem for the hotel. We arrived early and were able to go straight in. The room safety deposit box was included in the room price and even were able to borrow beach towels at no extra deposit or cost.
