Room was clean, pool was clean and the employee was seen testing the water while we were there, and the free breakfast is great. The hotel is aged but the location and bang for your buck can't be beat on the coast.

Beautiful view, sunny corner room. I wish the commode/shower part of the bathroom was better lit, but that is a tiny quibble.
