    Unfortunately, not worth spending money on this hotel. First and foremost, the female hotel manager and the male night-shift security/front office staff do NOT have any proper customer service training. They absolutely do not have customer service communication skills. On top of that, they charge your credit card (mandatory to swipe at check-in) for something you did NOT purchase there. They don't give you a physical receipt, and thus, you never know until you check your bank statement (luckily, I did the day I checked out). The light switch for the vanity was purposely disabled (covered with a metal panel), and the sink drains very poorly. There is NO refrigerator in the room, even though it is listed as an amenity (and no microwave either). The shuttle bus does not pick you up in a timely manner, and the front desk never tells you that. So, if you need to be somewhere promptly (e.g., the airport or a business meeting), make sure you won't be late by using their shuttle bus, or use another service (e.g., Uber, Lyft). The only good thing I found about staying there is the location near the airport for my trip schedule. I should pay more attention to other reviews with concern.

    Disappointing stay overall. The room only had two flat sheets on the bed with no blanket or comforter, which made it uncomfortable. The TV had virtually no working channels, and there was no option to sign in from my phone to stream any of my own services. These are basic amenities I expect when staying at any hotel. Hopefully these issues are addressed for future guests.

    Clearly used by most for early morning flights. Very basic, lacks cleanliness or comfort. Would not recommend overall. Very limited gym (weights, 1 treadmill, 1 bike) with limited hours (6am on) for no good reason. Breakfast only ok.
