Beautiful hotel with a lost world theme the minute you step into the lobby, it immediately transports you to a start of your adventure holiday! The room we shoes was a spa king which comes with a jacuzzi bathtub in the balcony with a breathtaking ocean & beach view! Apart from the huge and very comfortable kung size bed, it also comes with a sofa bed. The breakfast buffet is more than complete with regular breakfast staples, varieties of local, western and Indian foods as well. My 11 year old daughter loved that there was Nutella spread available for breakfast everyday! The main attraction of this hotel is it's own water park, with a lazy river and several water slides to suit the whole family. You can gaze at a beautiful sunset at it's private beach while enjoying a delicious pizza at the bistro restaurant bar by the beach! The staff were all very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful 5 day holiday here and will definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, we were blown away by the level of hospitality, breathtaking atmosphere, and world-class service. This resort sets the gold standard for a true 5-star getaway in Thailand! 🌴 Warm Hospitality & Exceptional Service The staff members here are truly the heart of the resort. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and accompanied by genuine Thai smiles and refreshing welcome drinks. Every request we had—from concierge assistance to poolside service—was handled promptly and with utmost professionalism. The housekeeping team kept our suite immaculate every single day, with attention to detail that did not go unnoticed. 🌊 Stunning Rooms with Breathtaking Ocean Views Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with the resort’s signature "Lost World" theme, and came equipped with modern amenities. Opening the balcony doors each morning to panoramic ocean views over Wong Amat Beach was pure bliss. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a fun-filled day. 💦 World-Class Facilities & Water Park The resort facilities are second to none! The expansive water park featuring lazy rivers, waterslides, and multiple swimming pools was an absolute highlight for both adults and kids. Direct private beach access, a well-equipped fitness center, and serene spots to relax made it feel like a luxury playground. 🍽️ Culinary Excellence The dining options on-site were superb. The daily breakfast buffet at Oasis offered an incredible variety of international, Asian, and local dishes prepared fresh. Sunset cocktails and grilled seafood at Coast Beach Club & Bistro provided a memorable beachfront dining experience with immaculate service.

Checkin: 3pm extremely long queues, didn't get to the room until 4 10 pm ,staff a checkin polite ,but slow Rooms : we booked two rooms as we travelled as a family ,our room smelt musty but we tolerated it ,our daughters and grandsons room was 2 doors away ,which was good as we were traveling as a family .The smell of dampness ,was absolutely terrible ,requested a room change ,shown another room ,again the smell was awfully, given a new room in the other tower ,13th floor no where near us ,by this time it was past 6 pm in the evening . I was disappointed that we where not asked if we would like to be moved nearer our kids ,seems that this wasn't even thought of. For a five star hotel ,this was quite poor . The answer will.be that they didn't have available rooms ,but the rooms we were allocated should have been up to an acceptable standard and they were not . A deposit of 4 thousand baht per room is also required at checkin ,which seems rather high ,again seeing as we had prepaid ,for both rooms . In general the hotel is good for kids but it's based on paying additional money for some of the kids activities ,which were expensive , and the kids club had very few amenities for kids in the 7 plus range, and for a big hotel were lackluster ,compared to some other hitels we have visited in the region ,again ,it will be said that at booking if you go through the central app you can have some of these things included ,but it's at a premium cost . And I our option should not be as this hotel is based on family activities ,if other hitels can have a large and varied kids club ,at the premium prices paid here it should be part of the package We paid an additional 450 baht for the "lost world " for 3 hours . and parts were under remodling/construction , i used the mobile app that l downloaded at reception which was outdated as to the activities for the days we were a guest ,so didn't know the agenda and were told by the staff what activities were available for that day and time . Overall , staff try to please but some serious work needs to be done to keep things up yo date with the booking additional activities web site.
