    I stayed in Dec 2025. Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon delivers a largely comfortable experience, though it shows signs of needing an update. The room was decent but felt slightly aged. With most major hotels now offering smart TVs, a regular television does take away a star from the overall impression. The shower area is also height-restricted, which can be uncomfortable for guests who are 5’10” and above. Towels were okay, but the hand towel did not smell fresh, basic hygiene details like these really matter. On the positive side, the staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast had a nice spread, with the added plus of fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Samir at the fresh juice counter was doing a relentless and commendable job. The option of both indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast is a good touch. However, the coffee machine was not working, and CCD machine coffee was offered instead, something that can be disappointing for a coffee lover and definitely needs attention. Harsh from housekeeping was polite and efficient. With strong competition in the vicinity, the hotel needs to work more aggressively on upgrades and consistency to maintain the Marriott brand name and reputation.
