Everything is very nice staff and amenities

Facility was very clean. Only thing our room did not have an air conditioner. I assumed it did. Staff needs to be more friendly.
    9.6 / 10Outstanding·Jun 2025
Excellent customer service. Alot of things to do. Staff was great
    5.6 / 10·Aug 2025
No AC. Furniture is old a scuffed up. Bathrooms are antiquated. Rooms are no better than an average older *** in US. Pool area is nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Puerto Nuevo. But not worth more than $***tops for the average American traveler standards.
