Although the staff was friendly, the conditions of the room did not match the pictures. It was dirty, smelly, everything was dirty and looked like it was never wiped down or sanitized. The rooms were a little beat up. Nothing was swept or mopped. No closet, no ironing board, no iron, no tissues, no blow dryer. Towels were stained with brown, red and black. Cigarette burns in the sheets and counters. Blankets and pillows were wafer thin. And there was blood stains on the ceiling. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Very good! Management was so flexible in terms of paying and willing to refund for special occasion even with "no refund" policy.

It was inexpensive. The room was cleaned daily which was good. Noisy area in main drag. Not good for taking a walk as too much traffic and not much to walk to. Noplace within walking distance for breakfast.

The beds old and lumpy tv won't work asked for another room with a working tv but not done we let them know nicely that we won't spend another night we were leaving BUT no bad problems with out asking they refunded our 2nd night stay now they are trying to do the right thing. Thank You West Cost Inn for a refund.

The hotel looks decent on the outside but upon entering the room I did notice a couple of roaches running around the floor. The sign outside the door said no smoking room but yet the minute I walked in it smelled heavily of smoke which was disgusting. The dining table in The room was unusuallly tall and the seats were very low so it was impossible to eat comfortably. The Furniture looked old and worn and there were cigarettes burns in the matress. Lastly, This motel is located on a busy street so the constant noise of cars. Lastly this motel is located off a very noisy street which made things more difficult even more so.

The place needs a major update! The pictures and truly misleading and do not show the true property as a whole. My tv would constantly stop working and I would have to unplug it and plug it back into get it to work. The price is too high for this place.

The outside of the building was decent. Cigarette butts right outside of my room though. The blankets had stains all over them. Looked like semen. Ugh! One of the night stands had a door falling off of it. The room reeked of smoke. The area around the hotel had homeless people passed out. I was there for two days and the room was not cleaned my second day there.

Not worth the $120 per night, there was literally random liquids all over the bathroom walls, the two towels provided were filthy, the toilet was literally missing the seat. Never again.

Looked ok from the pictures, but stay away. The room was mold and roach infested. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the three pillows were all flat and the towels were threadbare and scratchy. Do not recommend.

Older basic motel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. No carpeting so be sure to bring slippers and nightlight. No room phone, tableside alarm clock or table lamps. They do provide coffee maker, microwave and fridge. I needed accommodations because of medical appointment and I came from out of town. Would stay again.

Property didn’t have no smoke alarm in the unit, TV didn’t work move to a different room TV didn’t work and no hot water place was too loud. Did not have no breakfast? For the price it was not worth staying there.

It was fine. Nice to be able to park right outside the door. Bathroom light was out so had to shave in the dark but they fixed it by the third day. Clean, convenient and affordable. Old school California motel. Home base for going somewhere else.

Had a jacuzzi in the room which was nice. But the rest of the room was beat up and dingy. There weren't enough pillows either. Would not recommend to anyone.

My husband and I booked this last minute because of a change of plans, so it was nice to be able to be able to get it in a hurry. However, we were pretty disappointed with the stay. When we checked in, we requested a downstairs room, but the clerk insisted we get upstairs because they were "better." Because it wasnt in the greatest neighborhood, we thought upstairs would be safer, so we agreed. I liked that they had linoleum floors because they're easier to clean, but they were covered in spots or spills and really highlighted how unclean the rest was. The linens were fine, but it was smaller details like spots on the walls and doors that just looked gross. There were also small-medium holes in the walls everywhere, some covered lazily in spackling. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable. The surrounding stayers were also rather loud in the evening, but I get thats not really in their control. Overall, a pretty disappointing stay.

Overall it is a good hotel. However, the spring-box of the bed is unbalanced in one side and it made me cannot sleep well. Good customer service and friendly.

Night staff did not care at all about us. People above us were so loud from 130am to 4am the back at it at 5am till we checked out. I called to tell them this is ridiculous and we’re just trying to sleep and they didn’t nothing about it. If I wanted to uncomfortable and not sleep I would’ve slept in a car and saved myself 100$. What a joke. When I checked out I couldn’t even tell the lady what was going on because she was on the phone and just waved me to set the key down.
