Riad Argan

The Riad is situated convenietnly in the bustling center market place. The staff was above and beyond friendly. I could simply message them on Whatsapp and they were at my door in minutes. They were super helpful in arranging airport transfers and even packed us bagged breakfast before our early morning departure. The restaurant in the Riad was beautiful, quiet, and wonderful food and environment. We preferred eating our dinners there instead of dealing with the busy streets and finding a restaurant. It really was a lovely retreat.

Amazing value for money! The service and staff were all 5 star, we had a hiccup and ended up at the train station without our passports and went back to retrieve them after we checked out and NO PROBLEM! The room was quiet and very clean, breakfast was made to order eggs, fruit,pastries and coffee, tea juice. Table service with a smile. The gorgeous veranda did not have a view but made up in ambiance. The location to main medina was perfect, I highly recommend this riad.

Great staff, excellent location. Breakfast was very nice, offered on the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The building and rooms are very nice, but the manager was quite unkind and rude. While the women employees were very sweet and service-oriented, the male manager had very poor manners. He was dismissive and short. Rather than explaining what is needed or giving context, he simply says things like “you haven’t paid.” We asked him to schedule a taxi for us and he set the hour incorrectly despite multiple confirmations on our end. When we arrived at our agreed upon time, he was very angry and rude, expressing that we had left the taxi driver waiting for an hour. When we expressed that this was the time we had asked for a taxi, he said nothing and brought us to the car angrily.
