    Plus points: Comfy room with excellent bed and shower. Early hot breakfast from 6am Minus points: Neither hot drink machine worked at breakfast and lots of uncleared dirty tables.

    Breakfast is advised as starting from 4am, however some items are only available from 6am. Plates not cleaned, found in the same area of the kitchen area as clean ones. Slow evening meal service. Unfortunately, every guest is treated as somebody who may not respect the property, and is therefore charged £50 extra on top of their reservation at check in, which slows the general check in process down as well. Of course, most visitors do respect the property, so they swiftly receive their money back upon checkout, but it's unfortunate that they can't be trusted in the first place. This is a situation I have never encountered in any other city in Europe. Apart from that, all good.

    My first room smelled very badly of drains. My second room air-conditioning was noisy and freezing. This hotel is perfectly located for travel from the airport but I sadly did not enjoy my stay. I have tried to contact customer services but they make this very difficult.
